本所由拥有中美两国多重执业资质的律师在美国加州共同创立。团队成员毕业于中国、美国及英国的知名法学院，具备跨法域法律知识、国际化视野与多元专业经验。 Trustone Law LLP was founded in California by attorneys qualified in both China and the United States. Our team trained at leading law schools across China, the U.S., and the U.K., bringing cross-jurisdictional knowledge, an international outlook, and diverse professional experience.

刘丽平Liping Liu

律所合伙人Partner

持有中国律师执照与美国加州律师执照（加州执照号 #360730）。自 2006 年厦门大学法学院研究生毕业后，先后在中国与美国执业，拥有超过 19 年法律实务经验，专注公司法、私募与风险投资、国际贸易、美国移民法及商法。她深谙中美两地商业文化与法律环境，能以英文为工作语言，在中美法律实务之间架起高效沟通的桥梁。自 2025 年 5 月起，担任美国公益法律机构 American Gateways 公益律师。 Admitted in China and California (CA Bar #360730). Since graduating from Xiamen University School of Law in 2006, she has practiced in both China and the U.S., with over 19 years of experience across corporate law, private equity and venture capital, international trade, U.S. immigration, and commercial law. Fluent working in English, she bridges Chinese and U.S. practice for clients entering the U.S. market. Since May 2025 she has served as a pro bono attorney with American Gateways.

Fang SunFang Sun

律所合伙人Partner

拥有中国、英国及美国的法律教育与专业背景，获英国曼彻斯特大学法学博士学位，持中国及美国加州律师执照，并已通过英国律师资格考试（正在申请英国执照）。曾在中国担任检察官、商业律师及律所合伙人；赴美后在研究机构担任主要研究员及法律顾问，并多次参与面向政府机构与国际组织的人工智能法律政策研究与咨询。她尤擅长帮助企业识别与控制法律风险，设计合规的交易与治理结构。 Trained in China, the U.K., and the U.S., she holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Manchester, is admitted in China and California, and has passed the U.K. qualification exam (U.K. admission pending). She served as a prosecutor, commercial lawyer, and law-firm partner in China, and later as a senior researcher and legal counsel at a U.S. research institution, advising government bodies and international organizations on AI law and policy. She excels at helping enterprises identify and control legal risk and design compliant transactions and governance.

冯冰Bing Feng

律所运营总监Director of Operations

拥有中国法学本科、美国法学硕士及美国 MBA 学位，兼具中美法律教育背景与商业管理经验，熟悉两国法律体系、资本市场及企业运营。曾任中国华治资本基金法务总监，全面负责基金法务与运营管理；此前在外资律所上海办公室担任法律顾问。赴美后在加州创立物流公司 Square Mart Inc. 并出任首席执行官。凭借企业管理、资本市场与法律实务的综合经验，为律所的规范化运营、业务拓展及客户关系管理提供重要支持。 She holds an LL.B. from China, an LL.M. from the U.S., and a U.S. MBA, combining legal training in both countries with business-management experience across their legal systems, capital markets, and operations. She served as Legal Director of the Huazhi Capital fund in China, overseeing fund legal affairs and operations, and previously advised at the Shanghai office of a foreign law firm. In California she founded the logistics company Square Mart Inc. and served as its CEO. Her cross-disciplinary experience underpins the firm's operations, growth, and client relationships.
